1. How to register?
A: You can register yourself to become our member, which is free of charge. Whatever you have filled in, will be protected properly. Upon your information, we will provide you our relevant service. After you register successfully, you can log in website and order our jewelry online immediately, no matter we are at work or not.
2. How to order our jewelry?
A: When you find some jewelry interesting and would like to buy, you can clap the ‘buy now’ to have a selecting, then fill the quantity what you want to order, finally, press the confirmation. That’s done.
3. Are the products’ photos the same as your original jewelry?
A: All jewelry photos are made under the natural light, and uploaded online without being processed. They are almost the same as our original jewelry.
4. What are the materials of your jewelry?
A: Our jewelry is mostly made from stainless steel, titanium or tungsten.
5. Does your company offer free samples?
A: We are afraid not. We wouldn't offer you free sample or send sample by free. You can place a trial order even in small quantity, so as to check the quality of our jewelry and our credit too. Welcome your trial order.
6. Could I change the items, what I have ordered into others after placing the order online?
A: Yes, you could. But, you must inform us before you make remittance. You also need to provide us the item no. of the jewelry before and after changing. We will send e-mail to you with the new ID and have to recalculate the delivery charge, because the jewelry weight may be different.
7. Do you offer customized making or OEM?
A: Yes. Welcome your special requirements or OEM orders. Any questions, please contact our customer service without hesitation.
8. Can the necklace or bracelet be lengthened or shortened?
A: Generally, our jewelry is made according to international standard size. Necklace is usually with the length of 16.5 to 17 inches and bracelet in length of 7 to 8.5 inches, but they can be lengthened or shortened a little bit upon your needs. If they are made much longer than the standard ones, material fees will be charged.
9. Does the currency show on your website as US Dollar?
A: Yes, it does. However, you can pay by Pounds, Euros in the same value.
10. How to pay?
A: You can transfer the payment into our foreign currency account of Western Union, PAYPAL online or Bank of CHINA.
11. Can I pay part of the total amount firstly and clear the rest after receiving the goods?
A: We are afraid not. On one hand, divided payment will increase your unnecessary charge. On the other hand, we are a company with a good reputation around the world. If you are not so confident in shopping at our on line shop, you are suggested to place a trial order in small quantity at the first time. After you confirm our credit, we can set up a long-term business with each other in the future.
12. Is there any minimum order quantity of your jewelry?
A: Since larger order can help you save carriage, the minimum sum of your order is 100$. As we know, the less your sum is, the more expensive your freight will be, you are encouraged to place an order of over 100 USD. If it is below 100USD, the order cannot be submitted.
13. Could your company offer any discount if I want to make order in wholesale?

14. How long dose it take to deliver the goods to our customers?
A: We ought to check whether the goods are finished or not, and will notify you an exactly delivery time. Generally, your goods will reach you within 2-4 working days via DHL/ FEDEX/ UPS/ TNT.
15. How soon dose your company make the delivery after confirming the remit?

Try to avoid spraying it with perfume, hair spray, or household cleaners. If necessary, use a sterling silver polishing cloth to restore shine to your piece.
